You may wonder why we are the best option–scroll down to see the advantages our school has to offer your family.
New Spacious Facility
Woodlands Tree House Preschool is built on a 2.3-acre lot that provides adequate space for classroom facilities and outdoor playgrounds. We designed our facility to be a homelike environment where children can learn, laugh, grow and have fun. In addition to large indoor and outdoor spaces for group learning, the school also contains several smaller age-specific classrooms. The facility also has spacious areas where children can join together including a gym, library, and cafeteria. Read on to hear about more benefits our beautiful facility has.
A Unique Preschool Curriculum
Woodlands Tree House Preschool follows a unique preschool curriculum that focuses on cognitive, language, social/emotional, physical, and aesthetic development. We use a combination of the High Reach Learning® Curriculum, Handwriting Without Tears, and Frog Street to bring your children a comprehensive approach to learning.
Bilingual Spanish Program
As a response to the increase in demand for foreign language programs over the last few years, Woodlands Tree House Preschool offers a custom Spanish program that will help children learn the language starting at 18 months.
Qualified Teachers & Staff
Our teaching staff is comprised of qualified, dedicated, and caring teachers who provide a nurturing environment where children can learn while having fun. Low student to teacher ratios allows us to focus on the individual learning styles and needs of each child.
Healthy Snack Options
We are a strong supporter of healthy eating habits. As part of our effort to educate children about the importance of eating more fruits and vegetables, we provide children with a healthy afternoon snack. Let’s make fruits and vegetables a fun part of everyday learning–we encourage you to pack healthy snack options for your children at Woodlands Tree House Preschool.
Open Parent Communication
Woodlands Tree House Preschool believes that close communication with the parents is key to the child’s success. Our director has an open door policy and welcomes parents to visit anytime. We encourage you to read our monthly newsletter published on our website, which offers information about child development, home-related activities, and upcoming events.
Standards & Accreditation Goals
Woodlands Tree House Preschool is a strong proponent of the accreditation program sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Programs that are accredited by NAEYC need to demonstrate their commitment to go beyond the state’s minimum licensing requirements. Although Woodlands Tree House Preschool is not yet accredited, the school meets and exceeds the very rigorous national standards in health, safety, administration and teacher qualifications, curriculum, communication and community involvement.
It is our goal to become accredited by this institution. You can have confidence that your child receives the best care and education possible at Woodlands Tree House Preschool.
